The rebbe of the ultra orthodox Jewish chassdic dynasty of Nadvorna celebrates Simchat Beit Hashoeva, the rejoicing at the place of the water-drawing, a nightlong simcha (celebration) that began at nightfall and continued until the morning in the Northern Israeli town of Tzfat on October 14, 2019.
