President Mahmoud Abbas (R) decorates Chile's President Sebastian Pinera with the "Star of Jerusalem Medal" for having recognized the Palestinian state, during a press conference following a meeting as part of Pinera's visit in the region on March 5, 2011 in the West Bank city of Ramallah.
