The two Israeli soldiers, right, convicted of using a 9-year-old Palestinian boy as a human shield during last year's Gaza war, attend a military court session near the southern Israeli town of Kiryat Malakhi, Sunday, Nov. 21, 2010. An Israeli military court has given three months' suspended sentence to the two soldiers on Sunday after found the two guilty of the charges last month in the most serious conviction yet connected to troops' conduct during the military offensive in Gaza. The Israeli military censor prohibited the publication of the identity of the soldiers.
