A general view of the scene of a suicide bombing on September 9, 2003 after a Palestinian sucide bomber blew himself up at the entrance of Cafe Hillel coffee shop in West Jerusalem. At least four people were killed and some 40 people were wounded late Tuesday. The blast came just hours after a suicide bomb attack close to a military base near Tel Aviv which left at least seven people dead, as well as the bomber.
