Jaffa Street is under construction due to the building of the light train tracks that will go through the Jerusalem main street. Tuesday, Nov 17, 2009. The first train is expected to make its maiden voyage along the 13.8-kilometer Pisgat Ze'ev-Mt. Herzl line by late 2010.
